By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms govern Website use only. They do not govern any commission, supply agreement, or contract between Will Marx and a client, which are agreed separately in writing on a project-by-project basis.

The Website is a portfolio and enquiry platform for Will Marx, a bespoke furniture designer and maker based in Brisbane, Australia, accepting private commissions from clients worldwide. It enables prospective clients to view Will Marx's work and submit an initial enquiry.
The Website currently does not process payments or host an online store. An online store is planned for introduction at a future date. These Terms will be updated at that time to address e-commerce specific provisions including purchase terms, returns, and consumer guarantees applicable to goods sold online.

Any commission agreement will be governed by separate written terms agreed prior to commencement of work, addressing scope, pricing, payment, delivery, and intellectual property in completed works.
