We will not add you to any mailing list without your prior consent.

9. Cross-Border Data Transfers
The Website is hosted by Squarespace Inc. in the United States. Personal information submitted through the Website may be transferred to and stored on servers in the United States.
For EU and UK visitors, Squarespace relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal data from the EU and UK. Mailchimp similarly relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers.

10. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure. The Website uses HTTPS encryption for data in transit.
In the event of a data breach likely to result in serious harm, Will Marx will comply with the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and will notify the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) and affected individuals as required. Commission enquiries that do not proceed: retained for three years from receipt, then securely deleted
Records relating to completed commissions: retained for seven years to meet tax and business record-keeping obligations
Newsletter subscription data: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
Analytics data: retained in accordance with Google Analytics retention settings, once enabled
